There are a lot of pure ‘sex simulator’ games out there. Ones that focus heavily on the sex, often letting everything else take a sideline. We are going to try and steer clear of talking about those games on this page. Instead, we are going to purely focus on the games that have a bit of sex in them, but there is a ton of gameplay and story to enjoy too. So, while you will probably be using these as a sex simulator, you will at least be playing a fun or captivating game at the same time.
Hardcoded
Let’s kick off this list with Hardcoded. This is a visual novel. created by Kenzie Stargrifter. It is an incredibly popular one too with rave reviews.
Now, this is a sex simulator game that is probably not going to be for everybody. It focuses heavily on becoming transgender. So, you will be exploring that side of a character. Although this isn’t just any transgender character, it is an android that has been programmed to be male but identifies as a female (sort-of)
This is a point and click and click game, so it is pretty simple. There are a few puzzles to solve along the way. There is also the opportunity to engage in some pretty riveting sex scenes, so make sure that you jump into those whenever you have the opportunity to do so.
Ladykiller In a Blind
This is another visual novel that does lean heavily on the cross-gender vibe, although this is more into the cross-dressing side of things, with a dash of bondage thrown in for good measure.
This game is a bit different to Hardcoded, though. While the previous game does have a bit of comedy, the story is a touch more serious. In this one, Ladykiller in a Bind goes full-on when it comes to comedy. There will be scenes where you are literally laughing out loud. Although, we can pretty much guarantee that you will be getting horny at the sex scenes scattered throughout too.
Again, this is one of those sex simulator games that will not be for everybody. However, if you do want to explore a kinkier side of yourself, then we do encourage you to check it out…you never quite know what you are going to uncover!
Mass Effect: Andromeda
The Mass Effect series has always been known as being a game where you can have sex with your crew. In fact, when the first Mass Effect came out over a decade ago, Fox News tried to get it banned for being a ‘space sex’ simulator. It isn’t. Not by a long shot. Sure, you can have sex with your crew, some of whom are aliens, but this is a shooting RPG through and through. Sex is more of a side quest, which we suppose is sort-of similar to how we live our day-to-day lives.
We wouldn’t call this a sex simulator, as such. Instead, you can think of it more as a flirting simulator. Throughout the game, you will have the opportunity to talk to the various people on your crew. How you talk to them will have an impact on whether they end up falling for you or not. If they fall for you, then you can bang them. You won’t see anything, but you will certainly know what is going on! There will also be various opportunities throughout the game to engage in casual sex.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is often regarded as one of the best RPG games of all time. In this, you will be playing the role of a Witcher who is hired to slay monsters around the world. This Polish-made game is incredibly heavy on the story. Many people class it as one of the best stories to ever be found in an online game so, as you can imagine, this means that it is going to be pretty damn amazing.
Throughout the game, you will have the opportunity to engage in sexual liaisons with a cast of incredibly hot women. Like. Seriously hot women. It isn’t going to be the main focus of the game, but as soon as those sex scenes roll around, you are probably going to be glad that you waited for them. The character models are incredibly detailed, which means that you are going to be having a ton of fun there.
Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy
Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy is somewhat of an old game now, so it may be tricky to track down. You will certainly only be able to play this game if you have an Xbox or Playstation 2, although a remastered version has just hit Steam too.
This game has you taking the role of a guy called Lucas Kane. He is a murderer. Sort-of. You see, he didn’t commit the murders himself. Instead, he was supernaturally possessed. Now the police are hunting him down. The story is pretty decent for one of those older games, but it probably isn’t going to be absolutely blowing your mind.
You don’t really have any control over whether you end up having sex in this game. There are two scenes where it just happens. They are pretty graphic too. Well, about as graphic as a game designed for older consoles can be. Some people call these scenes incredibly awkward, and we suppose they are to an extent. The story doesn’t justify them. But, hey, we all have awkward sex on occasion, right?
Coming Out on the Top
This is a game that you may have seen before. It was very successful on Kickstarter and has been around on various platforms since 2014.
This game is a gay dating sim, so if you are not into that, then this probably isn’t for you. It goes well in on the gay side of things.
The story is about a gay guy coming out to his friends and then trying to navigate his new lifestyle. There are sexual scenes galore throughout the game, and each one of them is justified. Without giving too much away, there is also the opportunity to have sex with a fish…which is a bit out there. But, hey, at least the game justifies you being mounted by your best friend, a fish. Not many games would do that!
NSFWare
NSFWare is a collection of mini-games, with various sex scenes scattered throughout. Many of them are given as rewards for completing the mini-games. The artwork throughout is fantastic, and you tell that a lot of effort went into producing this game. The mini-games are surprisingly fun too, and it has just the right amount of challenge.
The only downside is that it may be tricky to find NSFWare nowadays. This is because many of the places that did have it listed have now had it removed from sale. This is because it did lean quite heavily on the porn side of things.
Monster Girl Island: Prologue

In Monster Girl island: Prologue, you will take the role of a male who has somehow managed to end up on an island that is absolutely packed to the brim with sexy female monsters. There is a story to follow along the way (you are trying to help some missing elves), but a lot of the game is heavily focused on sex.
The choices that you make will determine which monsters you end up banging. This is a game that is still in early development (it is out in early access, so you can play it now!), so we expect a lot of big things to come from the game over the next few months.
Crusader Kings 3
You cannot write an article about sex simulator games without mentioning Crusader Kings 3. This is a strategy game where you are a King looking to gain control of various countries in the world. You will be building up a dynasty. This means that you are going to be spreading your seed throughout the world.
Now, Crusader Kings 3 can get a little bit crazy sometimes. The whole purpose of the game is to spread your seed and increase your dynasty without letting other rules get in your way. This means that you are going to need to have a lot of sex. You won’t see the sex, but pretty much the entire game is based around the politics of being a royal, and this involves sex.
Do you know what probably needs to happen? Incest. Lots and lots of incest. Hell, there are websites dedicated to the crazy shenanigans that go on when it comes to sex in Crusader Kings 3. You can create your own story, but we can almost guarantee it will involve incest at some point.
AChat
AChat is a multiplayer online game. Every single person that you see in-game has a real person behind them. This means that when you play AChat, you are not trying to sexually seduce an in-game character. Instead, you are trying to seduce a real person. Things can get quite steamy too. You have full control over the look of your character, so make them look awesome. You can then put on your most charming personality and try and woo people. It is a ton of fun, even if it does get a little bit expensive to play with all the microtransactions.
