6 Best Gay Dating Apps Based on My US Experience

No matter if you are fresh out of the closet or you are an experienced queen you might find something interesting in my list of “dating “ apps for gay men.

Of course Grindr is no.1 and no, this is not a sponsored post. 

It’s simple, no matter where you download the app, open it and look who’s near you, there’s gonna be one person in 10 miles radius. Even if you are in Alaska (This is not confirmed so I’m not responsible for your plane ticket you just bought to Anchorage expecting some wild gay life fantasy). 

Even though you can look for relationship, dates, friends, networking or just one time encounter on this app, it’s mostly used for that time when you just wanna go to someone’s house to empty your load while your wife is visiting her sister in Wisconsin. 

Obviously it’s the most easiest place to find partners for quick sexual encounter. 

Also I’ve met some good friends on grindr, it’s the easiest way of meeting guys if you are visiting or just moved to a new city. We all have have friends who found their boyfriends and future husbands on this app, so It’s on you, you get what you want. 

2. Scruff 

Okay okay, I’m placing Scruff this high on my list because people who have accounts on it, actually use it every day! It’s mostly for insecure, trying to act straight bros and men. Did you just get offended? 

Come on…if you can take a dick, you can take a joke. Men on scruff are mostly over 25, 30 years of age. They are more mature men, who are stable, attracted to hairy guys or more masculine men, trying to find someone to date but end up hooking up like everyone else on grindr. 

Scruff is more detailed so you can actually open someone’s profile and learn a lot about them, not like grindr where you’ll never find 700 characters post about what are they expecting from you or life in general.

Honestly just too straight. If you are straight and got offended by this one, why are you reading this post tho? 

Most people connect their profiles to their Facebook profile so they don’t want you to know their fetishes or send you their nudes. Maybe you’ll meet someone for coffee or a dinner, you never know, I didn’t. 

One more app for more mature men or younger guys 

6. Daddyhunt 

If you are looking for younger guys to have fun with, to take care of them or you just like that 20 something year old skin to lick and smell you might find Daddyhunt app most suitable for you.
